I have some bad and good news for my loyal subscribers. The bad news is that I came down with COVID-19 (for the second time) on my vacation last week. The good news is that, despite feeling pretty crappy, I managed to complete a back-and-forth e-mail conversation with fellow newsletter scribe Chris Cillizza over the weekend. As for me, I will promise you an audio post after the Republican debate on Wednesday evening. I also have plenty of things to say on other topics, but I don’t know how much energy or ability to concentrate I will have over the next few days.
