The Supreme Court Makes the (Unanimous) Right Call
Which means a lot of prominent people got it very, very wrong
Just a short post from me today. I’ll be back with a longer post later this week about the Super Tuesday primary results. And with any luck I’ll also have some things to say on Friday about Joe Biden’s State of the Union speech, which takes place on Thursday night and is Biden’s highest profile campaign speech so far. He won’t speak to such a large audience again until he formally accepts the presidential nomination on the final night of the Democratic convention on August 22. That makes this year’s SOTU pretty important, and I’ll be covering it as such.
Aside from this scene-setting for the rest of the week, the only thing I have to offer my subscribers today is a brief note about the Supreme Court’s 9-0 decision rejecting Donald Trump disqualification under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
